Knee OA
Lots of things change over time. Just like your hair turning grey, your knees over a certain age will show signs of you no longer being 20. Some of these changes are normal, worse ones are called osteoarthritis.
The thing that triggers you looking into your knees isn’t your age, though, it’s pain. You may have had an Xray and been told “you have OA, there isn’t anything to do for it except a knee replacement”, but we would like to change that message.
If you have changes in your knee, nothing will change that. But if you have knee pain, we can do a lot to help you, even with OA.So if you still have OA but have less, or zero, knee pain, do you care? Would you get a knee replacement?
