Then Sparke Helmore 2017 is your opportunity to definitively call yourself a Triathlete. Dave from Newcastle Performance Physiotherapy, Hugh at MultiSport Collective and Alicia from Compeat Nutrition are joining forces to get you ready and get you to the finish line of the Sparke Helmore triathlon in February next year.
The program will be run through our online training and information platform, where you will access your training program, nutrition planner, injury prevention techniques and log your training for the 8 weeks prior to race day.
You will be able track your progress, see the progress of the group and download all the information you need to train like a pro!
Not only that, but along the way you will have access to AIS quality nutritional advice, the best coach in the business for expert training and race tips and support and your own team physio – elite level support at the click of a button.
We will be there every step of the way to prepare you, and be there on race day to celebrate with you.
