Fab will be running weekly walking groups from the practice, 184 Parry Street, Newcastle West, around the town, different routes and different sights. You’ll be able to meet other people, get moving and socialise at the same time. We pride ourselves on being advocates for good health and sources of credible information, so it will also provide an opportunity to pick Fab’s extensive brain about health issues that are troubling you at the time.
As time goes on you actually have to do more to stay the same! With a lack of regular activity you function and health decline with time. So get out in front of your issues, get moving.
